The Kafgar Coffee Bean Packager is a fully automatic doypack packaging system designed specifically for coffee bean packaging, flat-bottom pouch packing and doypack coffee applications. It automatically picks up pre-made flat-bottom coffee pouches, opens them, fills them with fresh whole beans, prevents oxidation with optional nitrogen flushing, and then seals each pouch fully airtight to lock in aroma.
Ideal for Arabica, Robusta, espresso blends and third-wave specialty beans, the machine works with every coffee package from 10 to 20 cm wide and 12 to 35 cm long. With a capacity of 15 to 25 packs per minute, it offers excellent speed for roasting facilities and coffee producers. A user-friendly PLC control panel keeps operator workload to a minimum while delivering high stability and a long service life, giving professional coffee brands a hygienic, premium-looking flat-bottom doypack solution.
