Z Type Elevators

The Kafgar Z Type Elevator uses a chain-driven bucket system to gently lift large volumes of coffee beans from floor level to elevated discharge points. Unlike pneumatic systems that push beans at high speed through pipes, the Z Type relies on slow mechanical movement, which protects the bean surface from damage and prevents dust generation.

Each bucket scoops a measured portion of beans and carries them along a Z-shaped path before tipping into the discharge chute. This makes it the preferred choice for specialty-grade operations where bean integrity matters. The self-tensioning chain mechanism eliminates manual adjustments, and the modular design allows custom height and angle configurations.
