Continuous Vertical Bean Transport
Kafgar Screw Elevators move coffee beans vertically from ground level to elevated hoppers, silos, or directly into your roasting and grinding equipment. A rotating helical blade inside a sealed tube carries the beans smoothly upward, keeping your product clean and your facility free of dust and spillage. Each unit is manufactured from food-grade stainless steel and runs on a single gearbox motor, which keeps energy consumption low and noise to a minimum. The Kafgar Z Type Elevator uses a chain-driven bucket system to gently lift large volumes of coffee beans from floor level to elevated discharge points. Unlike pneumatic systems that push beans at high speed through pipes, the Z Type relies on slow mechanical movement, which protects the bean surface from damage and prevents dust generation. Each bucket scoops a measured portion of beans and carries them along a Z-shaped path before tipping into the discharge chute. Fully Automatic Doypack Pouch Packaging
The Kafgar Coffee Bean Packager is a fully automatic doypack packaging system designed specifically for coffee bean packaging, flat-bottom pouch packing and doypack coffee applications. It automatically picks up pre-made flat-bottom coffee pouches, opens them, fills them with fresh whole beans, prevents oxidation with optional nitrogen flushing, and then seals each pouch fully airtight to lock in aroma. Ideal for Arabica, Robusta, espresso blends and third-wave specialty beans, the machine works with every coffee package from 10 to 20 cm wide and 12 to 35 cm long. With a capacity of 15 to 25 packs per minute, it offers excellent speed for roasting facilities and coffee producers.
