Kafgar KM-300W Water-Cooled Industrial Coffee Grinder

The Kafgar KM-300W is a water-cooled industrial coffee grinder for continuous production. Cold water runs through both grinding discs, and an integrated chiller group (4 HP, 6 HP option) keeps the grind temperature stable during long production runs.

Output is 140-180 kg/h for Turkish coffee grind and 250-400 kg/h for filter coffee grind. The 300 mm grinding discs are 4140 alloy steel hardened to 52-55 HRC and driven by a 15 kW motor. The hopper holds 40 kg.

Plant integration: because the ground coffee leaves the grinder at a stable temperature, it can go straight to the packaging line. The machine measures 1900 mm x 1400 mm x 1600 mm (H x W x L) and weighs 380 kg. It is manufactured in Türkiye by Kafgar.
