Kafgar KR-30 Industrial Type Coffee Roaster (30 kg)
The Kafgar KR-30 is a gas-fired industrial drum coffee roaster with a 30 kg (66 lb) batch. In 12–16 minute cycles it roasts up to 90 kg of green coffee per hour, a common size for roasteries that supply wholesale customers and their own cafés from one line.
Heating is LPG, LNG or natural gas with 62.5 kW heat power. The KR-30 has a stainless steel housing, 4 motors, PLC control with drum speed control, a load hopper and an air-vacuum cooling chamber, and it is compatible with Artisan and Cropster. Standard supply is 380 V / 50–60 Hz (110 or 220 V on request) with a 5.5 kW power requirement.
Plant integration: the machine measures 200x250x220 cm and weighs 950 kg. It is usually installed with a green bean loader, a destoner and an afterburner, all built by Kafgar. The KR-30 is CE marked under the EU Gas Appliances Regulation (EU) 2016/426.
