The Kafgar KR-20 is the entry model of the Kafgar industrial range: a gas-fired drum coffee roaster with a 20 kg (44 lb) batch and up to 60 kg of output per hour in 12–16 minute cycles. It is sized for roasteries moving from shop type machines to their first production line. The housing is stainless steel. Heating is LPG, LNG or natural gas with 58 kW heat power. The machine has 4 motors, PLC control with drum speed control, a load hopper and an air-vacuum cooling chamber, and it is compatible with Artisan and Cropster. Standard supply is 380 V / 50–60 Hz (110 or 220 V on request) with a 0.55 kW power requirement. Plant integration: dimensions are 140x270x180 cm and the weight is 450 kg. A green bean loader, destoner and afterburner from Kafgar can be connected so the line can grow in stages. The KR-20 is CE marked under the EU Gas Appliances Regulation (EU) 2016/426.

In 12–16 minute cycles it roasts up to 90 kg of green coffee per hour, a common size for roasteries that supply wholesale customers and their own cafés from one line. Heating is LPG, LNG or natural gas with 62.5 kW heat power. The KR-30 has a stainless steel housing, 4 motors, PLC control with drum speed control, a load hopper and an air-vacuum cooling chamber, and it is compatible with Artisan and Cropster. At this size the roaster is normally fed by a green bean loader and followed by a destoner, with an afterburner on the exhaust. Kafgar plans and supplies these as one project. Kafgar KR-500 Coffee Roaster (500 kg)

The Kafgar KR-500 is the largest roaster Kafgar builds: a gas-fired industrial drum coffee roaster with a 500 kg (1102 lb) batch for high-volume roasting plants. It roasts 1,500–2,000 kg of green coffee per hour in 12–18 minute cycles. The drum is double-walled ST52 steel, heated by a fully modulated Premix burner (290–600 kW) running on LPG, LNG or natural gas. A Siemens PLC touchscreen runs multi-step roast profiles, and the drum and fan have independent inverter drives. Cooling uses a suction fan, dual agitator arms and a perforated stainless cooling tray. An external cyclone chaff collector and a water-injection safety system are part of the design. Roast data can be logged in Artisan or Cropster. Plant integration: the KR-500 measures 850x420x480 cm and weighs 12000 kg. Electrical supply is 380 / 400 / 480 V, 3-phase, 50–60 Hz, with a 45–55 kW power requirement. Foundation, gas supply, exhaust and material handling are planned together with the plant layout.
