Kafgar 1.5 kg Coffee Roaster

Kafgar 1.5 kg commercial coffee roaster is designed for coffee shops, micro roasteries and specialty coffee professionals who need full control over every batch. The roasting drum and machine body are made of ST52 stainless steel, a heat-resistant material that distributes temperature evenly and withstands heavy daily use for years. The roasting chamber is covered with high-density insulation to keep heat stable inside and protect operators from hot surfaces.

The machine exterior has a static powder coating finish that prevents blistering, scratching and color fading. For safety, a novasit gas breaker valve controls the gas supply automatically. If the gas pressure goes outside the normal range, the valve shuts it down immediately. When the roasting temperature reaches the level you set, the breaker cuts gas flow to avoid waste, saving fuel costs during every roast. An integrated pressure regulator works together with the valve to keep gas delivery consistent from the moment you ignite the burner until you drop the beans.

Four independent electric motors power the drum, fan, cooling tray and loader. Thanks to built-in transformers, the machine accepts power input from 110V to 380V at 50 or 60 Hz. This means you can install and run the roaster anywhere in the world without additional electrical work. All motors are built for continuous operation with low vibration and quiet performance. For roasters who want remote control, we offer an optional PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. You can monitor and adjust drum speed, airflow and gas settings from your tablet, laptop or phone, no matter where you are.

The roaster comes with a built-in data logger that records every roast session with a complete temperature and time chart. You can save, recall and repeat any roast profile at any time. If a customer asks for the same blend they had last month, you can pull up the exact settings and run it again. The system stores up to 1,000 roast records, so you always have a full history of your roasting work without keeping paper notes.
