What they needed
In 2019 the business wanted a roaster with enough capacity for both its cafés and its coffee sales, roast profiles that can be saved and repeated, and clean exhaust, which matters when you roast in a European city.
The machine
The customer chose the Kafgar KR-15 with PLC control, so roast profiles can be saved and repeated, together with a Kafgar afterburner that cleans the roasting smoke. Afterburners are built in the Kafgar factory. Approved values for the KR-15:

Delivery and installation
The roaster and the afterburner were delivered to Denmark in 2019 in wooden export crates.
Today
Years later the KR-15 is still in regular use. The customer's own photos show it at work, from the sample trier to the cooling tray.
