Green Coffee Supply for Roasteries

Kafgar supplies green coffee to its customers, both as part of roastery and roasting plant projects and as a separate supply. Kafgar does not grow or produce coffee. Tell us what you need, ask for the current origins, roast samples before you commit, and ship the coffee together with your machines when it makes sense.

Why a machine maker supplies green coffee

A new roastery needs coffee on the day the roaster is installed. Commissioning, test roasts and first profiles all need green beans. Help with that first supply is a common request in roastery projects. For customers in markets where sourcing green coffee is difficult, one supplier for machines and beans makes the project simpler.

To be clear about our role: Kafgar is a manufacturer of coffee roasters, grinders and roasting plant equipment. Green coffee is a supplied product. We source it for you; we do not farm, process or produce it.

How supply works

1. Tell us what you need

Send us the basics:

  • The type of coffee you want (for example, Arabica or Robusta, washed or natural process).
  • The flavor profile or market you roast for (espresso blends, filter, Turkish coffee, retail, wholesale).
  • An estimate of volume and how often you plan to buy.
  • Your country and delivery address, so we can check shipping and import requirements.

2. Ask for current origins

Available origins and lots change with the harvest calendar and the market. We do not publish a fixed list. Ask us for the current origins, and we will share what is available for your needs.

3. Sample before you order

Before a larger order, ask for green samples. Roast them on your own equipment or a sample roaster and cup them. If you are still waiting for your Kafgar roaster, we can discuss how to evaluate samples in the meantime.

4. Confirm the lot

Once you choose, we confirm the lot details with you in writing: description, quantity, packing and delivery terms. Ask for the documents you need for import into your country.

5. Shipping

Green coffee can travel together with your machines in the same shipment when the timing and the destination allow it. This can simplify customs and logistics for a new roastery. It can also be shipped separately. Kafgar machines ship in custom wooden export crates (KR-120 and larger roasters are loaded straight into the container); green coffee is packed in sacks suitable for transport.

Green coffee as part of a roastery project

When Kafgar plans a roastery or a coffee roasting plant, green coffee can be part of the same project. That means:

  • Coffee ready for commissioning and test roasts when the roaster is installed.
  • Profiles built on the coffee you will actually sell.
  • One contact for machines, spare parts and first green coffee supply.

This works for both shop type roasters and industrial type roasters.
